Leadership training for 14 year olds
Leadership training and "pre-job" experience is what you will gain from our NJ Camp Counselor in Training (CIT) program. Being a CIT at the JCC Camps is an incredible experience. Plus, don't forget about the weekly trips and awesome activities!
Counselor in Training Program
Choose the program you want to experience:
- Bunk Setting - Assist counselors with groups of campers. Choose the age group you wish to work with!
- Aquatics - Learn how to be a lifeguard and teach swim lessons.
- Group Activity - Help plan, set up and teach an activity. Choose your area of interest!
